When you send a quote request, we ask for the details an operator needs to price a trip: your name, phone number, email address, and the trip itself. That includes departure and arrival points, travel dates, passenger count, and any baggage or timing notes you add.

We also log basic technical data that arrives with any web request, such as browser type and the page that referred you. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site, and we do not want sensitive information like passport numbers or medical details in a free-text quote form.

Why we use the information

We use your details to prepare and send a quote, to answer follow-up questions, and to match the trip with operators whose aircraft and certificates fit it. The trip details, not your contact information, do the work of pricing a charter from Houston to Dallas or a longer run to Los Angeles.

We may also contact you about your request as it progresses, and we keep records of what was quoted so a later conversation starts from the same numbers.

Who sees your trip details

We share your trip details only with the operators we ask to quote it, and only the information each one needs to price and, if you book, operate the flight. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand your contact details to unrelated marketers.

If you choose to book, the operator that operates your flight becomes responsible for the information it holds about you, and its own privacy notice applies to that relationship. We never claim to operate aircraft; flights are run by FAA Part 135 operators who hold operational control.

Call recording and email tracking

Calls to and from our quote line may be recorded for quality and record-keeping. If a call is recorded, you can ask us to stop the recording or to send everything in writing instead. Email we exchange with you is retained the same way as other quote records.

If we send you an email, we may track whether it was opened and which links were followed. That tells us whether quotes are reaching people, and you can opt out of marketing email at any time without affecting a quote in progress.

How long we keep records

Quote requests and the resulting correspondence are kept while the quote is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so we can pick up a trip you return to later and keep our own books straight. Records related to a booked flight may be held longer where the operator or applicable rules require it.

You can ask us to delete your quote request and contact details. We will do so unless we need to keep a record for a legal, tax, or accounting obligation, and we will tell you if that is the case.
